Congratulations Savannah!
Ringing the VEGAS GOLDEN BELL at Cure 4 The Kids Foundation is a profoundly significant milestone in our children's journey. It represents the culmination of courage, resilience, and countless hours of dedication from the child, their family, and our team.
The sound of the bell resonates throughout the clinic, symbolizing not only the end of treatment but also the beginning of a new chapter filled with hope and possibility. This tradition allows each child to celebrate their achievement publicly, inspiring fellow patients and families to keep moving forward.
Read Savannah's Story...
At just 8 years old, Savannah’s journey has been one of incredible strength and resilience. Her symptoms first appeared in December 2022, and after months of uncertainty, she was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic neuroblastoma on March 3, 2023. Throughout her treatment at Cure 4 The Kids Foundation, Savannah found joy in the little moments—spending time with her nurses and doctors, especially her hero, Dr. Waseem.
Now that treatment is behind her, Savannah is embracing childhood with open arms. She loves playing in the pool, spending time outside, going to birthday parties, and having playdates. Most of all, she’s excited to be back in school and just enjoy being a kid. Inspired by the care she received, Savannah dreams of becoming an oncologist one day, following in Dr. Waseem’s footsteps to help other children just like her.
